Gaia Girls Passages supports girls from childhood through adolescence with nature based girls groups that are safe and supportive environments for girls to be themselves. Includes herbal medicine, nature exploration, intro to weaving and basketry, improvisational theatre and nature games, and mother-daughter connection time.

Wanting support as your daughter begins to or is passing from childhood into adolescence?  Join our nature and soul centric female community supporting girls from grades 3-8 in the East Bay.  Fall circles include several introductory Gaia Girls circles for grades 3-5 (nature connection and crafts, sisterhood, games, communication skills) from late Sept to early November, and a Rite of Passage group foundational year (a journey through the inner and outer elements) for girls in grades 6-8.  RSVP for our open house on Sunday September 20th in Tilden Park

Conscious Menopause Circles with Ashley Ross

 Conscious Menopause is for ages 40 onwards (even if you're still having regular periods). We explore the issues and themes we experience, in our bodies as well as our psyches, as a result of our hormonal cycles. Besides getting resources for physical support, we use our bodies and right and left brains - visualization, mythology, meditations, conversations, journaling - to explore what's happening on this deeper level.
