Calling all menstruators, menarchists, feministas, cotton pony riders, crimson wave surfers, blood sisters!
Here at The Red Web Foundation, our dream is to spin the menstrual web through education, awareness, and activism, and we want to weave you in to our vision. As a non-profit dedicated to supporting, encouraging, and taking the shame out of the menstrual conversation, we are committed to forming a network promoting menstrual health in one’s personal and professional life. Whether you consider yourself an essentialist or feminist in style (as described in "New Blood: Third Wave Feminism and the Politics of Menstruation," by Chris Bobel), there's a place in the web for YOU!
We can help you find reliable information on a wide range of topics related to menstruation:
-How to talk with your daughter about her period
-Planning a rite of passage event for a young girl at puberty
-Why to buy reusable femcare products
-Ways to join others in standing up for womens rights
-Finding herbal allies to support your cycle
-Learn about conscious menopause
-Where to find a red tent
